At HiBREW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee experience. If your brewing equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the power cord to ensure it arrives safely.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated quality control center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the machine's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
